Lindsey's ski career has taught her to never give up. As she continues to overcome obstacles, she wants to use her experience to help girls follow their dreams. Lindsey is dedicating her future to ensuring young girls are ready to conquer the world.
Mark Ervin
Mark is a Senior Vice President at IMG, he oversees client management for Olympic and Action Sports athletes. He has worked with Lindsey for over a decade, his understanding of her personal and brand values will help guide the LVF.
Vanessa Cella
Vanessa Cella is a Park City local of 20+ years who passion is in relationship building and strategic partnership. She cultivates and maintains strong connections as well forging mutually beneficial partnerships that drive growth and success. She believes young people hold the key to creating a better future.

Newly appointed CEO of the Lindsey Vonn Foundation, Jason Ketterick, utilizes his philanthropy expertise to propel the mission. Known for his relationship-building, he secures resources and partnerships, ensuring the Foundation's ongoing success while guiding it towards new heights.
Mary Noyes
Mary lives, works, and plays under a family-built entrepreneurial roof supported by two pioneer structures: Play-Doh and Aircast. Mary is currently involved with Steadman Phillipon Research Foundation, ACL Study group, USSA, The Nantucket Project, Maine Center for Creativity, and Portland Ovations.
Joe Goddard
Joe brings 20+ years of expertise in helping global brands win the hearts and minds of young adults–including Red Bull, Adidas, Vans, Hollister, Clif Bar, Venmo, Spotify and Yeti. His leadership and team-building experience, combined with his dedication and passion for empowerment, will help LVF and the next generation of girls move mountains.
Sue Dorf
Sue has represented over a dozen professional and Olympic athletes, including Lindsey Vonn, during her 17 year career as an Olympic athlete agent and sports marketing consultant. Her brand development, marketing skills and relationships with the media and top athletes will help guide the Lindsey Vonn Foundation.

Ylka is VP of Strategic Alliances at iD Tech and passionate about making the world as it should be. With 30 years of leadership and business success, Ylka has a proven track record of strategic thinking, inspirational leadership, innovation, and building transformational programs. She is known for her ability to cultivate complex partnerships and align collective goals.

Angela is the Founder/CEO of Character Lab, a nonprofit whose mission is to advance the science and practice of character development. She is also the Christopher H. Browne Distinguished Professor of Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, faculty co-director of the Penn-Wharton Behavior Change For Good Initiative, and faculty co-director of Wharton People Analytics. Her book, Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance, is a #1 NYT best seller.
Lindsay Sealey
Lindsay Sealey is the founder and CEO of Bold New Girls, a company designed to empower girls through education and personal growth and development. She is also the author of Growing Strong Girls: Practical Tools to Cultivate Connection in the Preteen Years. Lindsay earned an M.A. in Educational Leadership from San Diego State University. A passionate girl champion, with diverse public speaking experience, she has worked in consulting, curriculum development, and special education for more than 15 years.
